---+++ TTCM{"time range,foreground color,backgroundcolor"} -- add a colorized time (range) to a topic
   * The =%<nop>TTCM%= variable is handled by the TimeTablePlugin.
   * Syntax: =%<nop>TTCM{"time range[,forground color,[background color]]"}%=
   * Example:
      * =%<nop>TTCM{"12pm-1pm,yellow,green"}%= adds a colorized time range to a topic, e.g. <span title="12:00pm-01:00pm / 12:00-13:00" style="color:yellow;background-color:green">12:00pm-01:00pm</span>
