Local customizations of site-wide preferences

Site-level preferences are located in TWiki.TWikiPreferences, however this Main.TWikiPreferences prefs topic has override priority and should be used for local customizations. This allows for easier upgrades as you don't need to worry about the shipped preferences clobbering yours. It's easier to keep a handle on if you only copy over the settings you actually change.

• FINALPREFERENCES locks site-level preferences that are not allowed to be overridden by WebPreferences or user preferences:
  • Set FINALPREFERENCES = ALLOWROOTCHANGE, ATTACHFILESIZELIMIT, DENYROOTCHANGE, DOCWEB, ICONTOPIC, PREVIEWBGIMAGE, SYSTEMWEB, TWIKICOLORSURL, TWIKILAYOUTURL, TWIKISTYLEURL, USERSWEB, WIKIHOMEURL, WIKITOOLNAME

Security Settings

• Only TWiki administrators are allowed to change this topic:
  • Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = TWikiAdminGroup
  • Set ALLOWTOPICRENAME = TWikiAdminGroup
• Disable WYSIWYG editor for this preferences topic only:
  • Local TINYMCEPLUGIN_DISABLE = on

Skin Settings

• Skin overriding the default TWiki templates: (can be overwritten by WebPreferences and user preferences)
  • Set SKIN = foto, pattern

• Image, URL and alternate tooltip text of web's logo.
  • Set WEBLOGOIMG = foto-logo-80x40-t.gif
  • Set WEBLOGOURL = http://twiki.fotogrametria.agh.edu.pl

• Fixed pulldown menu-bar, on or off. If on, the menu-bar is always visible at the top, regardless of the window scroll position. If off, the menu-bar hides when scrolled, and can be shown by hovering over the gray TWiki icon.
  • Set FIXEDTOPMENU = on

• Add Breadcrumbs
  • Set BREADCRUMBS = 1

• Add sidebar
